The Change Order Blog is a place for honest reflection on life, leadership, faith, and the moments that force us to adapt. It is a space to be vulnerable, to not hold back, and to speak openly about the things we often keep inside. Change is rarely planned and often uncomfortable, but it is necessary. Much like in construction, a change order challenges the original plan while creating space for something stronger and more intentional.
