In construction, a change order is not a mistake. It is an adjustment that becomes necessary when reality reveals something the original plan could not account for. Anyone who has built something meaningful understands this truth. Sometimes you do not understand that a change is necessary until you are standing in the space, seeing, feeling, and taking it all in.
Life works the same way.
The Change Order exists because my life has been shaped, tested, and ultimately strengthened by change. Not the easy kind. The kind that arrives without warning and forces you to confront who you are when certainty disappears. The kind that makes you question your direction, your identity, and whether you are willing to keep moving forward when the path no longer looks like what you expected.
This show was born from those moments.
I have learned that change does not mean failure. More often, it means growth. It means responding honestly to what is in front of you instead of clinging to a plan that no longer fits. The strongest outcomes rarely come from resisting change. They come from engaging it with humility, discipline, and resolve.
The Change Order is a place for honest conversations about life, leadership, work, faith, and identity. It is a space to be vulnerable and to not hold back. It is for men and women who carry responsibility, who feel the weight of expectations, and who sense there is more to be built even when the process feels unclear.
Growth does not come from comfort. It comes from showing up, doing the work, and trusting the process when the plan changes.
If you are standing in a season where something feels off, where the old plan no longer works, know this.
You are not broken.
You are not behind.
You are being built.
Welcome to The Change Order Show.
